Refund & Returns Policy

At Lockaire, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept both returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective items. This policy explains exactly how it works.

1. Return Window

You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to start a return or an exchange.

2. What We Accept

We accept returns for any reason, including:

  • Defective products — a flaw in materials or workmanship.
  • Items damaged in transit.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Change of mind — the item is no longer wanted (non-defective).

To be eligible, non-defective items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window and under the same condition requirements. Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

4. Reporting Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 72 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim quickly, include photos showing the damage to the product, the outer shipping box, the shipping label, and the inner packaging.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free on all returns and exchanges. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print — there is no cost to you to send the item back.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at support@lockaire.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Include photos as described above for damaged or defective items.
  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1-2 business days.
  • If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  • Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your statement.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lockaire.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
