Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lockaire. This policy explains exactly how and when we ship your orders.

1. Shipping Destination

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Method & Cost

We offer one shipping option: free Standard Shipping on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order amount, and we do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time.

3. Order Cutoff Time

Our daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day.

4. Handling Time

Handling time (the time to prepare and hand your order to the carrier) is 0 to 1 business day. We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday.

5. Transit Time

Once shipped, Standard Shipping transit time is 2 to 3 business days to all U.S. destinations. Carriers deliver Monday through Saturday.

6. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Combining handling and transit, your total estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the date you place your order. Estimated delivery is based on the customer's location and may vary slightly due to carrier conditions.

Business days are Monday through Saturday and exclude Sundays and major U.S. public holidays. Delivery estimates are adjusted automatically when a public holiday falls within the window.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

8. Pricing Transparency

All costs — including product price and applicable taxes — are displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment. There are no hidden charges.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated 2-4 business day window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
